Drawing on treatments and philosophies from around the world, we’ve created a specialized palette of experiences, blending the science and art of healing. Here you’ll find treatments incorporating traditional and integrative medicine.
We’ve limited our size to suit the very individual nature of our practice and values. Our boutique approach involves seven treatment rooms including hydrotherapy, dry floatation and our To Celebrate Suite reserved for couples, friends, caregivers, or you alone. Designed with a private steam shower, double jetted whirlpool tub, fireplace and relaxation area, let us help you create your own Sublime Experience.
We’ll help you step away from life’s pressures and into the world of Sublime. We begin by asking you to exchange your shoes for comfortable slippers. This welcoming step, drawn from Asian culture, marks your leaving the outside trials and tribulations behind. Your treatment will begin with a ginger foot massage, specifically selected to ground you and help create the bridge from the outside world to inside the spa and, more importantly, inside you.
As a treatment draws to a close, your therapist will pass their hands, gently scented with blue flag iris essence, over your face nurturing the growth of the connection between your body and spirit.
> To Prepare for Your Sublime Experience
To make the most of your visits to Sublime, we encourage you to establish the intent of your visit. Perhaps you’re seeking health, peace, renewal, relaxation, healing. Thinking about, and choosing your intent is part of leaving the outside world behind so you can focus on what it’s like To Be in the moment, the now, the day.
We recommend you check in at the front desk 15 to 30 minutes before your appointment. This allows time to ease into your treatment by showering in the experiential steam shower* and spending some time in the relaxation area. You’ll be far more relaxed and ready to fully enjoy and benefit from a Sublime treatment.
We provide a private locker, robes, sandals, towels, amenities and hair dryers. Please leave valuables at home or in your locker.
Don’t worry about being modest. Our therapists are trained to keep you properly draped throughout a treatment, respecting your privacy at all times. Most body treatments are done in the nude. If you’re having Shiatsu or Thai massage, please wear loose clothing that allows you to easily stretch and move. For the baths, we ask that you wear a bathing suit.
After your treatment, allow yourself extra time to enjoy our relaxation area. Take the time to ease back into the real world.

9:00 am to 7:00 pm Monday and Tuesday.
9:00 am to 8:00 pm Wednesday to Friday.
10:00 am to 6:00 pm on Saturday.
Private treatment and/or function bookings can be made for Sundays.

Our expert staff is pleased to answer any questions you may have to help you in selecting treatments to fulfill your personal requirements. Let us customize a Sublime Experience for you. When booking your appointment please alert us if you have high blood pressure, a heart condition, suffer from allergies or are pregnant. Please alert us of any medical conditions you have and our Medical Director can recommend specific therapies that may be of benefit for you.

Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance of your treatment time. Please know that if changes, cancellations or absences occur within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, you’ll be charged the full price of the service.

So that all of our guests enjoy the relaxing tranquility and privacy of Sublime, please do not use your cell phone or any other electronic device in the reception or lounge areas. We also ask that you speak quietly during your time with us.
We invite you to escape into your own world during a treatment, so please do not feel obliged to engage in conversation. Our therapists want you to take this time to focus on your needs only. They will answer any questions and check to ensure your comfort, but they’ll also respect your space and desire to enjoy the sweet hush of Sublime.
