This massage helps to rejuvinate the body by clearing stagnant energy and restoring the flow of “prana,” the life force that stimulates your body’s vital energy. As your nerves are soothed, you drift into a deep state of relaxed bliss. An Amrus Candle intensifies the deeply relaxed state.

This gentle, four-hand, synchronized massage allows the therapeutic qualities of herbs and oils to penetrate deeply into your body. A powerful therapeutic experience, this traditional Ayurvedic treatment has been in use for thousands of years as both a healing therapy and to impart deep relaxation. It changes the balance of ones life by awakening the senses, invigorating the soul and giving you back a sense of total wellbeing. Our therapist directs a warm stream of oil onto the forehead, then massages it into the hair and scalp. An experience like no other, we recommend leaving the oil in your hair overnight to intensify the effect.

> Supplifying Foot Treatment
Find full-body relaxation. Inspired by Eastern philosophy—the belief that the feet mirror the entire body—this
treatment uses specific Ayurvedic foot massage techniques to nourish and release stress. An intensively replenishing foot and lower leg treatment, it provides long lasting softness and moisture to very dry skin using Omega 3, Walnut seed and Shea butter. Pairing with any body treatment intensifies the experience.
